§ 1. Validity of the General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply exclusively to the legal transactions to be concluded between Preezo Pizza and the Internet user (customer) within the framework of the mediation of (fast) food orders. Preezo Pizza provides these services solely on the basis of these general terms and conditions.
§ 2. Requirements for using the online offer

To use the online offer of the company Preezo Pizza, the customer undertakes to register on this site free of charge. As part of the registration, the customer undertakes to truthfully provide a personal e-mail address, his billing and delivery address, and a personal telephone number.

With an e-mail address, only one customer is registered by Preezo Pizza. Preezo Pizza already contradicts multiple registrations of people under different e-mail addresses.

In the event that unauthorized third parties use the customer's personal data to register and place an order, the customer is liable for the damage incurred. The customer is responsible for proving that the login data has been stored by the customer in such a way that misuse of the data can be ruled out.
§ 3. Conclusion of contract and payment methods

The receipt of your online order represents an offer on the part of the Preezo Pizza company to conclude a purchase contract, in accordance with the contents of your order. After receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address assigned to your login. The confirmation e-mail includes the acceptance of the purchase contract for the contract content contained in the confirmation e-mail (scope of delivery, price, address, etc.).

The customer has the option to pay a) online via PayPal or b) via EC payment and c) in cash upon delivery of the food to the provider. The method of payment must be specified when ordering. In case a), the customer pays directly to Preezo Pizza with a debt-discharging effect. In this case, Preezo Pizza collects the costs for the food orders in its own name and for the account of third parties. In case b), the customer pays with debt-discharging effect to the payment service provider of the EC card payment provider on behalf of Preezo Pizza. All disputed claims should be directed to Preezo Pizza.

When paying online, a fee of €0.00 is charged to partially cover the costs charged by the respective payment providers to Preezo Pizza.

§ 5. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Only contracts for the provision of services in the field of delivery of food and drinks at a specific time or within a precisely specified period of time within the meaning of Section 312b Paragraph 3 No. 6 BGB are brokered. These contracts are therefore not subject to the legal regulations on distance contracts; in particular, the customer has no statutory or contractual right of cancellation or return.
§ 6. Delivery

Deliveries are always made to the delivery addresses specified in the order. The customer is solely liable for errors in the delivery address or incorrect information.

Deliveries outside the specified delivery area or below the minimum order value can only be carried out subject to availability and on the basis of an individual request. Any delivery fees or flat-rate travel charges and flat-rate costs for the use of cashless payment options that may be charged will also not be offset against the minimum order value.

If the zip code is entered incorrectly, it is possible that the minimum order value will be manipulated in the customer's favour. In this case, Preezo Pizza reserves the right not to deliver to the customer or to demand the remaining amount up to the minimum order value from the customer.
